Maddie was hands-on when she founded Less Mess Maddie in 2017, providing cleaning services to regular clients. To her surprise, Maddie was met with relief and overflowing gratitude at the level of quality and service she provided. With Maddie’s background in customer service and education, going above and beyond to take care of her clients felt natural — why deliver anything less than the best? Upon learning her clients had felt nothing but frustration and disappointment when dealing with cleaners in the past, a mission was sparked for Maddie.

With premium products in hand and reliable customer service at her fingertips, Less Mess Maddie was set to expand — and reinvent the cleaning industry with a high end, customer-focused approach. Slowly and thoughtfully growing into a family-run business with more than 25 skilled cleaners and office staff, Less Mess Maddie has expanded across Melbourne to make domestic and commercial cleaning a true luxury service, not an addition to your stress.
