Our Initial Clean focuses on the regular areas we will maintain, such as your kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas plus dusting, vacuuming and mopping of bedrooms, living areas and flooring of the entire home. The additional time allows us to thoroughly clean these areas, ensuring every corner meets the high standard we aim for. By spending extra time on the regular areas during the initial visit, we can establish a baseline level of cleanliness that can be successfully maintained during our regular services.
Please note if you are selecting our “Full-home Clean; the Initial Clean is a required service to ensure we can provide the quality and consistency we promise for all ongoing cleans. This means that a Full-home Clean cannot be booked without including the Initial Clean as your first service.

Our Full-home Clean sets personalised expectations for the time it takes to clean your space. Beginning with an initial clean, we allocate extra time for our first service together — then provide a thoughtful estimate of the hours expected for regular services. This estimate suggests the number of hours your home will require for our thorough, full-home clean, that includes kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas plus dusting, vacuuming and mopping of bedrooms, living areas and flooring of the entire home.
Please note this is not a fixed price, but a flexible recommendation that utilises our hourly rate (reasonable expectations as per our Terms and Conditions apply). -
For those who seek flexibility in the areas of your home to be cleaned — or who prefer to stick to a specific budget — we offer cleaning bookings on a predetermined hourly rate. Select the number of hours and let us know your top priorities, and we’ll send our professional cleaners for the allocated time. We prioritise detailed cleans over rushing to give you the most from your service. Our hourly rate starts from $75.00 per cleaner, per hour +GST. Minimum two-hour booking.
Please note: If you choose the hourly rate and book fewer hours than recommended in the "Full-home Clean," we will not be able to complete a full clean of your entire home.

A: Yes, we provide everything needed to complete your clean. Our all-female teams use colour-coded, high-quality microfibre cloths to avoid cross-contamination, along with Dyson vacuums and professional-grade cleaning products. You don’t need to supply a thing — just enjoy the results.

A: Absolutely. We know trust and consistency matter, so we assign you a senior cleaner who will be your familiar face and oversee the quality of your cleans.
